Spring Lake Elementary School is a five-star school serving students in prekindergarten through grade five. The school has an enrollment of more than 900 students and is a part of the Seminole County School District. It incorporates the emerging scientific research on the brain in its curriculum to promote positive collaboration, enhance learning and create a respectful climate that encourages students to monitor their own behavior. The school serves nutritious lunch to its students. Its parent-teacher association sponsors the school store, award ceremonies, teacher appreciation week and also helps families with uniforms. Spring Lake Elementary School also has a guidance department. It is located in Altamonte Springs, Fla.
