James has been amazing. He is a genuine and honest business man. He has provided reliable transportation for my son with low vision who is unable to drive. He treats him with great respect and always gets him to his destination safely and on time.

James at Comal Cabs is the Beta he took me and my boyfriend and his best friend to wurstfest he was right on time picking us up his,and his car was nicest cleanest best smelling cab I have ever been in! What impressed me most was the way James handled the drunk college guy who wrote the bad review that said #2 was unprofessional that is simply not true. As I walked up the drunk was chanting uber uber like he was at a college football game and James was just sitting there smiling at him and never said a word until the drunk started yelling at me as I was getting in the cab and then James told him he could say what he wants to to but he had no right to say anything to his customers and I must say I was impressed by the way James handled the situation he was not only controlled he was very kind to the drunk even the drunks friend was telling him to stop running his mouth that he was just doing his job I will never take another cab company!!!! If you want a quality service take Comal Cabs it's worth it!!!!!!

James is amazing! Very funny and kind. We had a blowout and a long day. Once we got to canyon lake, we needed a cab to take us to a wedding (and quick!) all the way to spring branch. Called a few places and no one would take us because of the distance. James was 30 mins away, drive fast to get us and take us all the way to the wedding. He also guaranteed pickup and delivered. I am so grateful for his service and HIGHLY recommend him. Thanks James!

#2 was completely rude to us one night. Chastised us for using a better company who provides rides. He cussed us out and scolded us for using Uber instead of him, which is more expensive and slower. I will never use this cab company. He could have handled the situation so much more professionally.

We flew in to San Antonio on a Friday and we're attending a wedding and rehearsal dinner. James was our driver on 4 separate destinations and he was right on time EVERY time! Very personable and really knew the area, I would highly recommend his services! Thank You for adding to our great weekend!

Comal Cabs saved me at 4:00 in the morning when my car wouldn't start. A lot of taxi services in New Braunfels are closed after midnight, and I couldn't get more than two minutes down the road without my car overheating. I hardly expected anyone I called to answer but when James picked up and said he could take me to San Marcos right away he made my night. He arrived quickly and was very friendly throughout the drive. His cab was very clean and I felt very safe in his care. He was very personable and made me feel very comfortable despite my rotten situation. Overall the price was very reasonable, especially considering it was the most enjoyable taxi experience I have ever had. I would highly recommend this service to anyone and will definitely call them anytime I am in need.

James is the BEST. My wife and I were visiting Gruene Hall for the first time in 20+ years when we moved to the west coast, and he made the evening safe, easy and entertaining. No need to call any other Taxi in the area...go with JAMES!!! You won't regret it...I promise.

I've lived in this town for over 10 years and love to go out with my buddies for a drink or two. I usually call either Tony's Taxi or NB taxi to give us a ride to and from the bars and have been extremely disappointed with their service. Then I heard about Comal Cabs and decided to call them this past time we went out to the bar and they have given us the best service out of all the taxi companies in this town. The driver was very kind and so was the person one the phone. And the car was clean and comfortable. I'm using this taxi service from now on and I recommend this cab to everyone!
