I bought a new complete set of dentures on 12/8/2013 or my elderly mother and, as of today, August 18, 2014, she has never been able to eat with them. The bottom set does not fit her gums whatsoever and no matter what adhesive she tries...they flop out of her mouth.
I was given false information from the very first time I went to their office by a girl, Shannon, who didn't have an understanding of the information/prices because she was a "new" employee. They actually admitted this and said she had been mistaken about the quality of the ones we were actually going to receive, but we had already paid up front for them!,
Since then, I have returned four times for them to try to get the bottom teeth to fit properly. Each time they messed around with them and sent mom home saying it was because her gums "were sore." Well, mom’s gums haven’t been sore for over 4 months now and they actually flop out of hery mouth sometimes, even with proper adhesive.
They have gouges in them from the woman, Lilly, at the dental office trying to "fix" them by sanding and putting in new liners. On her last visit, Lilly told her that she couldn't do much more because the gum was getting so thin from her "adjusting" it, that the teeth were actually starting to show through. So, how in the world can you call that a "custom fit" if, they have had to adjust it so much that they can't do anything else?
I called the office manager at the main branch to try and work something out and she wouldn't return her calls. When I filed a dispute with my credit card, their reply was that the dispute was "unfair" and the reason they gave was that, yes, did pay for the dentures and mom has them in her possession. Well, where else would they be? They refuse to take them back and make her another pair that fits properly.
I paid $1.000.00 for a set of teeth that my mother can't eat with and now it's affecting her health because of not being able to eat hardly any solid food for over 9 months. In my opinion, this is the most dishonest and crooked company I have ever had the displeasure to deal with. I would definitely STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you are considering any type of dental services!
