Learning Center The of South Park

My daughter has been attending this daycare since she was 3 months old, and she is now 3.5 years old. Needless to say, my husband and I love this place as does my little one! She has learned so much from her teachers; everything from numbers, colors, shapes, alphabet, songs, language, and even manners! The teachers even potty trained her in just a couple of weeks. I was truly amazed by this. The teachers, director, and even the owner, communicate with the parents very well, inclusive of events, tuition, concerns with child, and curriculum. I will be sad when my little one graduates and transitions to elementary school as we will truly miss the staff and care that this facility provides for our daughter.

My daughter who just turned 3 years old has been attending The Learning Center at South Parl since she was 3 years old. The teachers are wonderful and treat the children very well. My daughter loves it here, and I feel safe while at work knowing she is in a caring environment. My daughter has learned so much from the teachers here. Several of my friends have children attending the school as well based on my recommendation. If anyone were to ask me," should my child attend here" the answer is YES!

All staff members I have encountered are very friendly and caring. My child enjoys spending his days there and is always coming home singing a song he has been taught. The center is always clean and organized. Great place to take your kid(s)

Regarding my Child's father's review, he clearly is attempting to have him removed from the Learning Center. He apparently has no knowledge of the staff, their positions or their vast years of experience in educating children. They all speak fluent English and our child is well engaged in the learning activities and he loves his teachers.

I beg to differ about these reviews. The center pretends to be a learning "mini-university" for kids but he truth of the matter is totally the opposite. Some of the teachers don't even speak English properly as well as the teachers' assistants. I sent my toddler to learn English and to my surprise she comes home saying "bamonos" I guess that means "let's go" in Spanish...The staff pretends to be nice but I sense a bit of hupocrisy. The manager doesn't seem to kow what's going on. I can go on and on...

The Learning Center sets the standard for daycares in Orlando. Unlike most childcare facilities, they go above and beyond the requirements of DCF to ensure that our children are safe, learning and having fun. Their superior level of compassion and responsiveness sets them apart from the others. The otfice personnel is very helpful and friendly. Their new director is the best thing that happened to the center. The center was a great place before she arrived, but under her leadership, there has been great improvements in many areas. My son is transitioning from the infant room into the 'transition' (12-15mo's) room and I am probably more anxious then he is. I call constantly with questions, requests, suggestions and concerns and I have never felt disregarded. The director takes every concern seriously and acts on it. The teachers genuinely love and care for the children in their class as evident by their interactions with parents and with the children. The teacher in the transition room calms me and knows what I am going to ask before I even ask it. She is very thorough and trustworthy. I am confident in the staff at the learning center and I trust them to care for my son. Since he was 5 months old,they have made special accommodations for my son because of his GERD and now I am still seeing that high level of care. In all the many conversations that I have shared with the owner, her dedication remains constant and her students are her top priority. There is comfort in knowing that my child is not just a number at the Learning Center. I am glad that I chose the Learning Center at South Park....it's a great place for your child to grow, learn and play!

tuition keeps increasing. Not all parents pay the same, all based on what they can afford. Teachers rock and are very friendly, but the office personel is not very caring. After so many years and three different directors, I am not estatic Their has been a high turnaround of teachers too. I have heard the owner being disrespectful to emplyees and parents. Not very friendly and you need to be in this type of business.

I have 18 month old boy who have been going to this center for about 3 month now. I absolutely love this school because of the teachers who are loving and caring. Also I love the projects my son brings home from school. Great center!

This school is extremely clean, the staff is great, caring. They've helped my son and I to get through different stages.... from his first day separated from mommy (which was hard for both of us as I was a stay home mom and had never been apart from each other), through eating habits, etc.I like the fact that their playground is indoors, that I'm able to see him in the camera throughout the day and their learning plan is great as well.

The teachers for the infant class are very caring and loving to all the babies in the class. I feel confident leaving my daughter in their care.

This VPK program is wonderful! The teachers not only engage the students in meaningful learning experiences, they also make them feel loved cared for.

TLC of South Park is a great learning enviroment for both educational and social graces. My daughter started two years ago when she was only 4 monthes old. She has developed leaps and bounds in areas of her vocabulary, physical coordnation, counting, and knowing her coloring. It is amazing how excited she gets when we head to school each morning. She loves her teachers and enjoys her classmates. As a parent I love TLC of South Park because of the parent involvment activities (BBQ's, Plays, etc.). I love the fact that I can see her via web-cam throughout the course of my day. Being a teacher myself I know the importance of having hands on activities. This approch increases my childs understanding to their lessons that are being thaught. The teaches do a great job of make each child feel unique and special. I would and have high recommended this pre-school to family members and friend. It is a great place to be.

The Learning Center is a preschool that definitely teaches and develops the whole child. My 2yr old daughter loves coming to class and is advancing so well. I love the fact that she has fun and is well cared for while I am away from her and at the same time, she is getting a great education. The hands on projects really help her to grasp the lesson being taught. I would highly recommend this preschool,

My baby started going to The Learning Center of South Park when she was only 11 weeks old. it was initially terrifying but after just a few days, I noticed how well she was being cared for. She is now 12 months old and already very advanced in her development. The staff is very friendly and the facilities are very clean. I have never had a problem with the way my baby has been cared for.

As a single parent, when there is one less thing you need to worry about, it means the world! My Daughter went to a daycare center prior to joining the Learning Center and the difference between a daycare and the Learning Center is amazing! It is a relief to know that my child is learning so much everyday and is surrounded by a staff of careing teachers that help her learn while she has fun. They offer an in-door playground, a VERY clean environment, closed class rooms and healthy fresh meals that are prepared for them fresh daily. The owners are flexible and careing. This is the best decision I have made for my child as it relates to early education. I highly suggest The Learning Center of South Park.

Both the teaching staff and the office staff are accomodating and caring. The school fosters a learning enviroment. The teachers use modern teaching methods. The children enjoyed the school. However, the teachers oral/verbal reports and assestments many times have contradicted the written reports and assestments. In other words, what they tell you about your child is different from what they write about your child in the reports and assestments. The lack of consistency and contradictions in this crucial area are of great concern to me and to wife.

TLC is a wonderful school! They cater to the children and their interests. The centers in each of the classrooms are such fun areas, the children don't even realize how much they are actually learning while they are playing. I love that my daugher is not only in the classroom learning, but is running and playing on the amazing indoor playground throughout the day. The staff and owners are nurturing and there are many days my daughter does not want to leave when I go to pick her up.

Outstanding school! Great and experienced business owners! Best place especially for vpk program. Very flexible schooling opportunities. Beautiful huge indoor a/c playground! Highly recommend it to parents for their children.

I enrolled my grandson at TLC based on the recommendation of a friend. I could not be happier with my choice. They promote a hands on learning environment for the children which in many instances is geared towards the questions and curiosities raised by the children. This approach holds the attention of the children that in turn teaches the children without them realizing they are in an instructional setting. I am paticularly impressed with the events that are held outside of school hours which allows me to meet other parents/grandparents of the children that my grandson is growing up with. Both my grandson and I continue to make new friends that we would not otherwise have had the opportunity to meet if it weren't for TLC.
