I Found A Rodent In My Food , The Workers Were Rude About It ! Never Eat From here ! Cashier Told Me The Bug Must've Hot In The Vegetables . I Had To curse The Lady Out Just To Get My Money Back . I'm Very Upset ! This Was Totally Unexceptable!

I have been coming here for well over 15 years. Mr. Lee has semi-retired now but his recipes and techniques continue. Every body in the kitchen is still there. Mr. lee still has his hand all sauces and batters. I see him almost every time I come. Consistantly great quality food in large portions and great prices. Absolutely the best old school chinese fried rice in the city hands down. I shall be turning on a third generation of our family to this staple in the next few months.

Bad customer service. On 8/31/11 at 1:15pm. Myself, my son & sister met up for lunch there. My sister paid for the $35 lunch w/her credit card and I was going to pay the tip in cash. My sister & son had gotten up from table standing by the door waiting for me to leave tip & get up from table so, we may walk out together. The Vietamese waitress came over to the table just as I was standing w/ her 15% tip fold up in hand. She called out very very loudly to my sister at the door. Stating "what about my tip, you know you didn't leave a tip"! The entire restaurant stop eating an focus on them. My sister responded, No, I didn't leave a tip. The waitress then stated "she have to eat". "If you don't tip then you NEED to order take out". At that point I decided to kept her tip in my hand. She then focus her attention on me by repeating what she told my sister in the same tone of voice. I was still standing at my seat. I just looked at her and walked away from the table and all of us exited the door. So, if you pay with credit card an the Vietamese waitress don't see her tip on the credit card receipt then you will be called out in front the entire restaurant. I WOULD NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS RESTAURANT! This business does not get a star, but this was the only way I could post my review. I give a zero star rating
