Victory Lane

A very long and drawn out story short --- Mechanics misplaced a piece when they did the oil change. Engine lights came on and they said everything was fine, we continued to drive the car and lights kept going on and off. Brought the car back, they inspected it again and said everything was fine. After lights continued to go off, we brought it to the dealership who informed us of the missing pieces. Victory Lane was very difficult to deal with, and refused to pay for the work that the dealership mechanics suggested. In the end, they only paid for the parts their mechanics misplaced and for the dealership to do a very minimal amount of labor, and did not even refund for the price we paid. Do not bring your car here. The simple way they ran their business and did not cover their mistakes completely revokes them as a legitimate company.
